What applies to „normal“ teams applies in particular to leaderhip teams. The nature and perception of cooperation within a leadership team, both internally and externally, have a profound effect on the entire organisation they lead. Leadership teams have a significant influence on a whole organisation’s ability to deal with change and transformation, on its efficiency, its effectiveness and its capacity for innovation.
The interaction of long-standing experienced leaders is often characterised by very different „socialisations“. I support leadership teams and their members in recognising and understanding their own and each other’s personal expectations, behaviours and emotions, in overcoming individual protective mechanisms against change and in making their optimum contribution to the success of the team in their respective roles.
